Common Help

Good places to start

Getting started

Open Helmora, finish the short setup, and begin from the Today screen. The app is designed to show one main focus and only a few suggestions at a time.

Reminders and appointments

Turn on reminders in Settings, then create an appointment or prep list in Prepare. Helmora uses local notifications to remind users at the right time.

Location access

Helmora only needs location if the user chooses nearby food ideas in Decider. The rest of the app works without location access.

Resetting demo data

Users can reset demo data or start fresh from Settings inside the app if they want to rebuild their workspace.
